About

WE is a movement that brings people together and gives them the tools to change the world.
A unique family of organizations, WE Charity and ME to WE social enterprise, empower people at home and around the world.

WE Charity empowers change with resources that create sustainable impact. This is done through domestic programs like WE Schools and internationally through WE Villages. The WE Schools program is active in over 10,000 schools in the United States, Canada and the UK, engaging over 2.4 million students in service-learning. The WE Villages program is active in eight developing countries, creating a sustainable model of international development. This is done through the five Pillars of Impact— education, water, health, food and opportunity—that lead to true independence for the communities WE Charity partners with.

ME to WE, a social enterprise, offers products and experiences that allow people to do good through their everyday choices. Half of all ME to WE profits are donated to support WE Charity, while the other half is reinvested to grow the mission of the social enterprise. The unique partnership with ME to WE ensures that WE Charity achieves a remarkable rate of financial efficiency, with an average of 90 percent of donations going directly to youth-serving programs.

WE Day is a celebration of everyday change-makers. It’s a powerful, life-changing experience with world-renowned speakers and performers, mixed with real inspirational stories of change. You can’t buy a ticket to WE Day; you earn your entry by taking action on one local and one global cause. This year alone over 200,000 young people will come together in 14 stadiums across Canada, the U.S. and the UK. Plus, millions will tune in to live televised broadcasts.
