La Tablée des Chefs is a non for profit organization who's mission is to feed those in need and to develop the culinary education of the youth. Therefore, with the COVID-19 situation, last April 2020, La Tablée des Chefs launched the Cuisines Solidaires initiative to help the Food Banks of Québec by producing more than 1,600,000 meals that will be distributed to people and families experiencing food insecurity. This initiative mobilizes the Quebec food industries: chefs, restaurateurs, hotels and all agrifood partners. The solidarity of all is essential during this period of uncertainty to help Quebecers.
This project is supported by :The Goverment of Quebec - The Food Banks of Quebec - Centraide - Québecor – IGA - The Chopin Péladeau Foundation - Énergir. Many other partners have joined the initiative within the last weeks.
