Aeroplan Miles donated to the Air Canada Foundation are mainly used for its Hospital Transportation Program, which helps children reach the medical care they need away from home. Since the start of the program in 2003, hundreds of families have been able to count on the support of the Air Canada Foundation Hospital Transportation Program. By donating Aeroplan Miles, you not only help these families avoid tiring hours on the road, but also alleviate some of the financial burden of travel expenses, which often causes serious economic and emotional hardship to families during these difficult times.

Each year, the Air Canada Foundation donates millions of Aeroplan Miles to 15 pediatric hospitals across Canada to help sick children reach medical care.

Thank you for helping us make a difference in the lives of these children.
