Rescue, care and rehoming of abandoned, unwanted, or neglected horses. We are constructing a hay shed in 2019 to store our winter hay, which will save on spoilage. Hay is our largest single expense and if we can save 5 - 10 % of our cost that's a lot!

    Emaciated little pony gets new chance at life!

    Gandalf, aka Papa Smurf, arrived at the Rescue in early June, 2019.  He was in very bad shape - very thin, covered in sores and wounds, with overgrown hooves, and a fractured jaw.  In a few short weeks he's already doing so much better! Read more »

    Help us build our new hay shed!
